Round up to the next ½" based on your collar measurement. *Bust/Chest - Measure your bust or the largest part of your bust below your armpit, parallel to the floor and flexed*. *Waist - Measure Waist is where your pants fit below your armpit; this is usually the smallest part of your waist.Tighten the tape well*.* Hips - Measure across the thigh or seat with your feet together. While standing, hold the tape parallel to the floor and tighten. Remove wallet and cell phone from your pocket before measuring. Hand under the tape.

NATO sizes consist of 6-digit numbers representing metric centimeter measurements for various body parts. That's how much military production there is in Europe, so it's better to be aware of the changes. They are listed below.
For shirts and jackets, NATO sizes are shown as "xxx/yy" where "xxx" is your full height in centimeters (not the length of the garment) and "yy" is your bust measurement in centimeters.
