Sabo offers two full (good wood floor) basketball courts; which can be used for basketball, volleyball and football. It can also be used to change commands, deploy, re-deploy, etc.

Fort Campbell Fuel Operations

Built in 1963, Lozada PFC has 27,618 sq.ft. In 2011, 7,200 square meters were added to the facility. This addition was referred to as the weight room. The installation offers:

Lozada PFC has a full basketball court with synthetic polymer flooring, a large cardio area and a sauna. Additionally, Lozada has a large weight room and bike/pit room.

Lozada has a multi-purpose room filled with bosu balls, kettlebells, rowers, yoga mats, plyometric boxes, and stability balls.

The Estep Physical Fitness Center is the newest addition to the Fort Physical Fitness Centers. As a former paid health center, Estep still offers many of the amenities it previously offered, but with the added benefit that daily use of the facility is free. Estep will continue to help you improve your health and well-being by offering both instructor-led classes and personal training, all at a nominal cost. Estep PFC will also become the home of the Alpha Warrior Battle Rig, a functional fitness structure designed to enhance a soldier's combat skills. This physical fitness center also has a shared spa area that includes a sauna, steam room, and changing rooms.

The cardio room is filled with ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes, adaptive motion trainers, an elevation trainer, Jacob's ladder, and stair climbers to encourage you to achieve a healthy heart rate! Estep prides itself on operating a well-maintained facility and aerobic fitness program that offers a variety of classes to meet the needs of each patron.

Popular certified-led classes such as Zumba® Fitness, Cycle, Total Pump, R.I.P.P.E.D.®, TRX® Circuit, Belly Dancing, Pilates, POUND®, Sweat & Sculpt, Dance Club Fitness, PiYo® and more can be found here. An exclusive program built into Estep is Boot Camp Xtreme (BCX). This intense five- to eight-week program focuses on the three fundamentals of fitness: cardio, strength, and agility—and is as physical as it is mental. BCX is offered twice a year with a spring and fall session limited to 20-30 participants. BCX is not held inside the walls of Estep, but outside the elements and in various places of the MWR.

Estep has a dedicated staff, most of whom are trained, qualified and/or certified in some form of fitness, such as personal training or group/specific fitness. Employees are continuously trained according to industry standards. Estep's quality standard is undoubtedly one of the best it has offered in its nearly quarter century of existence. Estep is a constantly evolving place for fitness. With a fast-paced culture, it can be hard to keep up, but rest assured that Team Estep is leading the industry and community.
